The Application Form must be completed and received by Tamworth Rotary, by post together with a hard copy of your $10,000,000.00 Certificate of Currency and a picture of your goods to be offered for sale. These completed forms with your stall fee must be posted to Tamworth Rotary, P.O. Box 265, Tamworth. N.S.W. 2340., no later than 10 September 2013.

WHAT IS TAMWORTH ROTARY FESTIVAL OF FLIGHT?
Tamworth Rotary Club and Tamworth Aero Club have joined together to co-host a major event on Tamworth’s Calendar. We have the Air Force, Military and Navy recruitment staff attending schools in the Tamworth area from Monday 14 October culminating in a School Careers Day on Friday 18 October, 2013. Also attending the Friday Careers Day are Police, Ambulance, Fire Brigade, SES, Volunteer Fire Brigade, St John’s Ambulance, Service Providers and many others.
723 Squadron and Air Cadets and the Russian Roulettes are coming. ABC David Evans & Jennifer Ingle are broadcasting on Saturday morning of The Festival of Flight. We have acceptances from pilots and their aircraft.
We have invited several major sponsors and are confident of a positive outcome.
WHAT KINDS OF PRODUCTS CAN BE SOLD AT THE FESTIVAL OF FLIGHT MARKETS?
The types of products you can sell at the Markets are only limited by your imagination, and include (but are not limited to) fashion and accessories, design, art and craft.
The more creative and unique the better!
ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS PROHIBITED FOR SALE BY STALLHOLDERS?
Goods which infringe any copyright or registered trade mark; Alcohol; Cigarettes; Goods or merchandise that cannot be sold by law.

NOTE: You will be prohibited from trading if relevant Certificates of Currency and Stall Fees are not provided to Markets Management.
HOW DO I CANCEL A STALL?
If you’ve already applied for a stall you must cancel your application any time between 6pm Saturday and 5pm Tuesday before the Festival of Flight event.
HOW DO I PAY MY STALL FEES?
Stall fees are paid with your application form. Fees may be paid by DD into BSB 082-842, Account No. 509931609 Rotary Club of Tamworth no 2 account F of F (stall). Please insert your surname or trading name onto the bank form and email a copy to: email@example.com
DO I REQUIRE ANY INSURANCE?
Stallholders are required to have current $10 million Public Liability Insurance (and $10 million Product Liability, where applicable). They are also required to have all licences and insurances required to operate their business and all products should comply with relevant safety and compliance standards.
Please do not arrange any insurance until you are approved to trade at the Tamworth Festival of Flight.
STALL FEES AND SIZES
Stall fees at Tamworth Festival of Flight vary due to their size, the physical conditions of the site, access to power and shelter and market exposure.
As a guide, general stall space costs are:
3.0m x 3.0m undercover in a hanger stall: $300.00 trading for the 3 days of the Festival;
3.0m x 6.0m undercover in a hanger stall: $600.00 trading for the 3 days of the Festival; and
3m x 3m stall: open air stall: $100.00 trading for the 3 days of the Festival;
3m x 6m stall: open air stall: $200.00 trading for the 3 days of the Festival;
Due to the high cost of running The Tamworth Festival of Flight all Stall fees are fixed for all stallholders including Not For Profit and Service Providers. Security will be provided during the closing hours 5.00pm to 8.30am inclusive.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING AS A STALLHOLDER?
Each stallholder will need to bring different things with them to make their life comfortable at the Markets. As a general indication, you will need:
a market umbrella/canopy and sand bag weights;
a table cover;
if in the hanger extra lighting;
display, signage and promotion materials;
a change float to suit your product pricing; and
a chair to sit on.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT RAINS?
Festival of Flight is an all weather market. The markets will trade on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 18 to 20 October, 2013, even during rainy weather. It is the stallholder’s responsibility to ensure that products are protected. Stallholders will be charged stall fees if they register for a trading day and do not trade. Market Management has the right to close the market in exceptional weather conditions.
CAN NEW PRODUCTS BE SOLD ON A STALL?
Stallholders may vary designs within their approved product line without Markets Management approval.
However, Management approval must be sought if a stall holder wishes to move into a different product line.
WHAT ABOUT FOOD STALL APPLICATIONS FOR TAMWORTH FESTIVAL OF FLIGHT 2013?
Tamworth Festival of Flight 2013 has a limited number of food stall sites available to registered local charities only.
Please contact John Nash before submitting an application for sale of food to determine if there are spaces available.
Food vendors wishing to submit an application should do so in the form of a proposal detailing:
- information about the food concept for the stall;
- proposed menu and prices;
- display ideas;
- relevant information regarding any pre-market food preparation;
- credentials of food operator;
All food vendors are required to have a current Public Liability and Product Liability insurance for $20 million each. In additional all food vendors are required to be licensed as Temporary Food Stall vendors through the Tamworth Council.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR CANOPY SPACES?
Canopies are an essential part of Tamworth Rotary Festival of Flight as they provide many stall holders, especially fashion wear designers, the space to experiment with (and sell!) a variety of product styles and ranges.
Canopy sizes will be restricted to 3m x 3m.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Car parking is provided in your stall fees at a designated parking site.
IS STORAGE AVAILABLE?
No. Unfortunately, Tamworth Rotary has no room to provide on-site storage.
DO I NEED AN AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS NUMBER (ABN)?
Yes, registered stallholders are required to have an ABN number when you trade at the Tamworth Rotary Festival of Flight trading stalls.
